SHIPPING PROCESS

After placing your order with RUBMEYOUNG and are now waiting for the shipping status to update (we’ve all been there!). Here’s what you should know:

PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, it will take 5-7 business days to process your order regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. 

SHIPPING

We ship Friday and Saturday, exclude holidays. All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) as First Class or Priority Shipping. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 7-10 business days for order to be delivered depending on the shipping method you chose during checkout. We ask that you do not reach out regarding your order’s delivery status until the 10 business days have elapsed. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather or other circumstances out of our control.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, postal services are still experiencing delays in shipping times.

Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If your package has been marked as DELIVERED, but you have not received your product, you must contact USPS and file a claim with them.

MOLLYJ RUBMEYOUNG LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second email that includes your tracking number and a link to receive updates on your order’s shipping status. If there’s a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, we recommend contacting USPS directly to resolve the issue.
